The Flashing Muse – Historic World Trade Center Collage

world trade center

I originally captured this image of the World Trade Center, North Tower, in 1977, when I was 17.

While reflecting the New Jersey sunset, the image also reflects my ‘eye for the abstract’ as an innate essence. This is how my photographic eye has always seen the world.

I recently restored the image from a damaged print, and created this red, white and blue collage to reflect the impact of 9-11 on the American psyche, with a black background to signify mourning.

This historic image is available as a print in a variety of mountings and sizes. All editions are signed and numbered, as I expect that this image will will only increase in value.

Flash-G Apparel – Wearable Art

Flash-G Apparel is designed to bridge art+fashion via the imprint of selected images from my collections of abstract photography onto apparel. With advancements in printing technology, it’s now possible to print high quality, full color images to a range of apparel, and home textiles. But no area of fashion is as vibrant today as graphic t-shirts. You’ll find them everywhere from Urban Outfitters to Neiman Marcus.

With that, I invite you to take a look at the new Flash-G Apparel website, and see the initial group of images I selected for purchase. With the holidays approaching, this is an ideal gift for any art+fashion lover.

Orders for Christmas delivery must be placed by December 1. And use code ‘love20’ at checkout to save $20 per shirt.

And feel free to share the site if you think your friends might appreciate the work.

Thank you!
